  • We allow adopters to text or call us with concerns. Priority support is up to 4 weeks after the puppy goes home.

  • We do have a health guarantee included in our buyer contract. You can find it on our Snow Peak Paws Guarantee page →.

  • Yes we do video chat with adopters to let them see the puppies before 6 weeks or if the adopter is far away.

  • Yes all of our dogs are genetically tested through Embark and have OFA certifications. You can read more about our commitment to health here.

  • We use puppy culture curriculum which utilizes extensive socialization techniques to produce confident puppies.

  • We post often on our Facebook page and Instagram.

  • Of course! We just ask our adopters to invest in training their puppy and educate themselves on puppy ownership.

  • No, we do not. We invest a lot of time and care into making sure our adopters know the reality of adopting a puppy before the puppy goes home.

  • Puppies can go home at 8 weeks old. If you need to pick up your puppy later than that we do charge a boarding fee of $10 day. See our Gotcha! Day protocol → here.

  • We allow adopters to pick their puppy around 4 weeks. Puppy picks go in order of reservation fee.

  • The reservation fee is to reserve your pick in a litter. It is non-refundable but transferable to another litter.

  • Our adopters can pay via Venmo, Paypal and Cash.

  • We are located in Lebanon Oregon.

  • We only allow visitors at 6 weeks of age, after puppies have had their 1st set of shots. See our Visitor Policy → for more details.

  • Yes! We think the golden retriever is an excellent family dog. We ask that you educate yourself on managing children and puppies. See our blog article Managing Children and Puppies 101 → for a more in-depth guide.

  • We do! We want the best for each one of our puppies. We know that life happens, so if you're ever in a situation where you can no longer keep a puppy we've produced, we will gladly take them back.

  • We do allow shipping in certain circumstances.
